At TIBBS & BONES, we want you to be obsessed with your new fit, so if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached before starting your return request.

  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit voucher via email so you can snag your next favorite piece immediately.
